Does the change to Naomi Sherman | Food Creative mean that Blue Rust Images is going to disappear?
No.
Four years ago, when I founded Blue Rust Images, I thought that I would find fame and fortune as a landscape photographer.
Blue Rust Images is named after my two dogs, a BLUE heeler named Fergie and a red heeler named RUSTy, who travel with us whenever possible to locations for landscape photos.
Two years ago, I decided to focus on my food photography under the Blue Rust Images banner, along with my landscapes.
As you know, my work is now almost entirely food based and I just felt like it was time to create my own space for my creative food work (and let's be honest, I got really tired of constantly explaining the name)
I still shoot landscapes for pleasure and relaxation (and for sale, if you want to hand over some cold hard cash) and so will be keeping the Blue Rust Images brand for my landscape work.
I know that it may be confusing to start with, and I’ll try my best to make the transition as easy as possible, but I ask that you all be patient with my as I adjust to dual brands.
