How good are guilt-free bagels?

You can whip up a batch of these on the weekend, pop them in your freezer and enjoy them throughout the week.

Oooooor...you can eat them all for brunch.

I love mine with a gooey egg and bacon, or with avocado, lime and dukkah...or smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill.

Ingredients

serves 4

CARBS 7.1 g | PROTEIN 23.9 g | FAT 35 g | CAL 437

Bagels:

Mozzarella - 200 grams

Cream cheese – 30 grams

Almond flour – 150 grams

Baking powder – 2 teaspoons

1 egg

Topping:

1 egg

2 teaspoons of flaxseeds

1 teaspoon of sesame seeds

½ teaspoon of sea salt

¼ teaspoon of poppy seeds
