Ham and Gruyere Cauliflower Waffles - Take your waffle to the next level...

I created this incredible dish for Peace Love and Low Carb recently.

I've never had savoury waffles before and I was so pleasantly surprised that

they were incredibly delicious!

These would be brilliant to prep for lunches throughout the week, or for a special breakfast.

The best way to eat them? With a gooey, drippy egg on top, of course.

Ingredients

serves 4

CARBS 2.8 g | PROTEIN 11 g | FAT 8.2 g | CAL 133

½ medium head of cauliflower

½ cup of grated Gruyere cheese

¼ cup of chopped ham

2 Tablespoons of chopped chives

2 eggs

Salt and pepper
