Bangin' Coffee - The best keto coffee that you'll ever drink
My name is Naomi and I'm addicted
to coffee.
I've tried many times to give up coffee, and my stomach has forced me to for long periods of time, but I always return to that delicious cup of love.
I always drank lattes so keto posed a serious challenge to me.
I can't stomach black coffee and much as I tried to love bulletproof coffee,
I just didn't.
I figure that if you need to steel yourself before taking a sip each time...that coffee is not for you.
Then I stumbled across a variant
of this recipe.
The result, once I'd tweaked it to my liking? Thick and frothy, deliciously creamy coffee.
The collagen creates a lovely froth but if you would like it ever frothier, feel free to switch it out for good quality grass-fed gelatin. Just make sure that you blend it straight away and very well.

Ingredients
Serves 1
200 ml strong black coffee
(I program an extra long double shot into my coffee machine)
1 Tablespoon of cream
1 scoop of good quality collagen powder/gelatin powder
Method
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender (I use my bullet blender) and blitz for 20-30 seconds.
