This chicken casserole is the perfect weeknight dinner. It’s so fast and easy, tastes delicious
and only uses a single skillet!

Combining tender seared chicken, deliciously crispy mushrooms and fresh herbs in a creamy sauce, this casserole will be on high rotation.
Serve with a side of greens or cauliflower mash.

Ingredients
serves 4 as a main
1 pound of chicken tenders
½ pound of mushrooms, thickly sliced
2 Tablespoons of butter
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
¼ cup of fresh parsley, chopped
2 Tablespoons of fresh thyme leaves
Salt and pepper
½ cup of chicken stock
½ cup of cream
¼ cup of sour cream
