Chicken Parmesan Dip - The perfect gooey snack.

I've been such a huge fan of Kyndra's for years and I'm beside myself with excitement to be working alongside her.

Cheese. Melted cheese. Gooey melted cheese. Warm gooey melted cheese.

There, I’m done now and don’t really need to write any more…do I?

Here in Australia, warm dips aren’t a big thing so the first time that I made one was a revelation.

I’m pretty sure that angels sang.

I now have them on high rotation in my house. Friday night is movie night, which is often accompanied by a delicious 

warm dip.

This Chicken and Parmesan Dip is everything that you want in a dip. It’s super cheesy and satisfying with delicious flavours wound through every mouthful.

Serve it with keto crackers or eat it with a spoon. I won’t tell anyone.

Ingredients

serves 6

1 cup or 8 oz package cream cheese

¼ cup of sour cream

¼ cup of mayonnaise

1 Tablespoon of fresh basil, finely shredded

1 clove of garlic, chopped finely

Salt and pepper to taste

7 oz fresh mozzarella balls

½ cup of grated mozzarella

2/3 cup of grated parmesan

1 cup of sugar-free tomato passata

1.5 cups of shredded chicken breast

(I keep shredded cooked chicken breast in my fridge for quick snacks or meals)
