Chicken Parmesan Dip - The perfect gooey snack.

Here in Australia, warm dips aren’t a big thing so the first time that I made one was a revelation.
I’m pretty sure that angels sang.
I now have them on high rotation in my house. Friday night is movie night, which is often accompanied by a delicious
warm dip.
This Chicken and Parmesan Dip is everything that you want in a dip. It’s super cheesy and satisfying with delicious flavours wound through every mouthful.
Serve it with keto crackers or eat it with a spoon. I won’t tell anyone.

Ingredients
serves 6
1 cup or 8 oz package cream cheese
¼ cup of sour cream
¼ cup of mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon of fresh basil, finely shredded
1 clove of garlic, chopped finely
Salt and pepper to taste
7 oz fresh mozzarella balls
½ cup of grated mozzarella
2/3 cup of grated parmesan
1 cup of sugar-free tomato passata
1.5 cups of shredded chicken breast
(I keep shredded cooked chicken breast in my fridge for quick snacks or meals)
