Creamy Herb Dressing - Slather it. On. Everything...
The best part about the ketogenic lifestyle is delicious creamy full fat dressings.
This one, in particular, is dolloped on just about everything that I eat.
I make it with fresh herbs from my garden and it really is better than using dried.
It's perfect with seafood, divine with avocado, delectable with chicken and
unspeakably good on a salad.

Ingredients
makes 1.5 cups
serving = 1 tablespoon
CARBS 0.55 g | PROTEIN 1 g | FAT 4.3 g | CAL 44.9
1 cup of full fat Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup of whole egg mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of chopped coriander
4 tablespoons of chopped dill
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper
Method
Place all of the ingredients into a small bowl and mix until well combined.
Store in a lidded jar in the fridge for up to one week...if it lasts that long.
