Keto Beef, Cheese and Bacon Pies - Uh huh, it's the holy grail...
If there is anything that we love here in Australia, it’s a meat pie with tomato sauce.
Well, because I’m classy I used to love the beef, cheese and bacon pies and I’d be lying if I said that I haven’t missed them.
I don’t know how much I will get to enjoy these ones though, as I have two hungry contractors in the house who have already requested them for their lunch tomorrow.
I’m guessing that they have missed pies too.

Ingredients
makes 6
Dough:
250 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese
125 grams of shredded edam cheese
100 grams of cream cheese
150 grams of almond meal
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of onion powder
60 grams of sharp cheddar, cut into six chunks
Filling:
500 grams of ground beef
125 grams of bacon
1 small onion
1 Tablespoon of coconut aminos
2 Tablespoons of passata
250 ml of beef stock
½ teaspoon of xanthan gum
