Ingredients

makes 10

CARBS 2.2 g | PROTEIN 3.8 g | FAT 8.5 g | CAL 107

2 medium zucchini

3 ounces of ricotta

½ cup of coconut flour

2 eggs

2 teaspoons of lemon zest

1 tablespoon of finely chopped basil

1 teaspoon of onion powder

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Salt and pepper

Oil for frying
