Ingredients

serves 4

CARBS 9.2 g | PROTEIN 37.6 g | FAT 42.9 g | CAL 571

200 grams of mozzarella

150 grams of almond flour

30 grams of cream cheese

2 teaspoons of baking powder

1 egg

16 basil leaves

1 Italian tomato, sliced thinly

250 grams of fresh mozzarella
