Low Carb Peach Cobbler - You can have your peaches and eat them too...

I bet that you thought your peach cobbler days were behind you now that you’re

living a low carb lifestyle, right?

Wrong.

When the team from LeGaia asked me to create a keto peach cobbler, I didn't think that Icould pull it off. 

Well, I was wrong.

Luscious slices of peach, delicately spiced and topped with a delicious topping…

and under 8 grams of carbs per serve.

Ingredients

serves 6

Filling:

2 cups of peaches, either fresh sliced or canned (make sure that they’re in a sugar-free solution)

2 Tablespoons of Sukrin Gold

½ teaspoon of cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg

1 teaspoon of vanilla

Topping:

1 egg

1 cup of almond flour

¾ cup of coconut flour

2 Tablespoons of Sukrin granules

1.5 sticks of butter, softened

1 teaspoon of vanilla
